SHIPPING & RETURNS
As each piece made-to-order, please allow a processing time of up to 15 business days starting from the following Monday (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to high volume of orders may occur. We will contact you if if any production delays occur and update you on the situation. Postal service delays may occur, which are out of our control.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout through Canada Post. Options available at checkout are Expedited Parcel, Priority and Xpresspost.
FREE domestic shipping for orders over $150 CAD
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Junction location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5-15 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our local pickup hours are variable, so please contact us to arrange a time that's convenient for both parties. Due to COVID we are offering contactless pickup for health and safety reasons.
We offer worldwide shipping through Canada Post. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. VUK is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns must be filed within 14 days of your delivery date. The product must be in its original, unused, unwashed condition and must have all original tags and packaging. Items that meet above criteria are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs during returns/exchanges, and will not be reimbursed for shipping cost on original items.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
